i have been to college campuses, berkeley, brown, georgetown, yale, to defend israel. i do it from the left. i want to give credit to the netanyahu government. three government leaders have said pro-gay right things from the floor of the house -- obama, clinton, and net and not to -- and netanyahu. the fact is it your position is that you are going to defend what ever the israeli government does, your credibility as a defender of israel is weekend. i do not think it is possible to say it is israel's responsibility to get peace. what it needs to do is make clear if there is not a genuine to-state solution, it is not their fault. there are political pressures. i believe this pulls them away from what is the most effective international advocacy. i am pleased to do some -- the obama administration has taken no negative actions against the israeli government. what we have is a much more effective way of defending them and the results are clear. >> it is wonderful to have a party frank here to defend -- santorum. i applaud that. >> [unintelligible] >> we will stipulate both
